2009 marks my 30th year in real estate and I am just as excited about my profession as I was in 1979. The last several months have shown a lot of changes in the real estate market. While folks are still buying and selling property, in many cases the transaction process has become much more involved.

MS RALLY
This summer I was diagnosed with breast cancer in May and had surgery in June and was unable to participate in the MS TRAM. I have been fortunate to continue working, however, the healing and treatments have limited me from doing any training for the MS TRAM. With the support of a lot of great friends, they had a MS Rally fundraiser on my behalf which consisted of a 5K walk, dinner, and live auction and raised $7,791 to put towards the MS Tram which put me in top ten fundraisers for this event. I can't thank them enough for all they have done, and I am looking forward to riding the MS TRAM in 2010.
